Well, after three shots at trying to figure out the sex of our baby, we're still left with a question mark. At the end of May, on our first attempt, the ultrasound technician could not tell the gender because of the baby's position. The next morning she tried again, but the baby would not uncross his or her legs. The tech switched to a 4d view and based on those images she thought it may be a boy, but was hesitant to confirm because she could not see the genitalia in 2d. Today, I had my 17-week appointment and yet again the doctor could not see the pelvic area. I guess we have a stubborn one on our hands. The next attempt will be on July 6th. Hopefully Baby A cooperates at that appointment!
