As you start planning your menu for Easter, consider baking these scrumptious cookies (from Betty Crocker). My mom uses this recipe to make sugar cookies every Christmas and Easter; everybody loves this soft and sweet treat! Adeline joined in on the decorating this year, but mostly spent time eating her "coo-coo." We gave her two bowls of frosting (yellow and blue) to decorate her bunny cookie using a rubber spoon. I envisioned frosting smeared in her hair and flung on the ceiling, but surprisingly, she was extremely careful as she examined the frosting and learned to spread it on the cookie. She's definitely a type A persona =). Below is the recipe. Hope you enjoy these cookies as much as my family!
