I come from a family of MAJOR stress addicts (on my mom's side)! Pretty much everything we experience brings on a stress response. Luckily, it's gotten a little better with each generation, so Addie should be in the clear =). I've always heard how detrimental stress is to your body, but no matter how deeply I breathe I still feel my stomach constrict and anxiousness take over me. Obviously, God is still allowing me to "practice" this until the day I can finally release that feeling and trust Him, as He calls us NOT to be anxious.
